Ben and Mark are great at what they do. Fantastic service from start to finish, polite ,professional and great value, especially with the high level of finish provided. Every part of customer journey was exceptional from initial enquiry and provision of quotes through to the management of expectations in terms of results and the turnaround time for appointment. On the day all 3 jobs were completed to a high standard including stairs and landing carpet clean, rug clean and then the biggest job to revive and refresh the putting green which had been somewhat neglected and had weeds and moss growth. Pet friendly which is always a bonus/plus for a dog mum. Would highly recommend the guys and will be using again in the future to stay on top of my requirements.

Really easy to book- got in touch via Facebook messenger- and he was able to fit us in quickly. He went above and beyond to bring the furniture back to life. The professional yet friendly excellent customer service which really did "revive" my 18 year old wool carpets which I had pretty much written off. From start to finish their service was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the carpets and stains/marks. They turn up when booked, a courtesy phone call a day prior to confirm, never stop when they start and excellent value.

I can totally recommend Ben and Mark who cleaned our carpets today. I honestly thought our bedroom carpet had 'had it' but it has been transformed - I was truly amazed. Absolutely fantastic service. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge from Ben and Marc. From the moment I contacted them they were very responsive and determined to help me. We had an oil stain on wool carpet that was installed only few weeks ago. I was convinced it will never be fixed. How wrong was I. Not only they called round within 48h, they also managed (somehow!) save my carpet. I genuinely could not have been pleased with the result and service they provided. Just wow! The only company I will trust and use going forward.

Had Cheshire Carpet Revival in today to give the living room carpet a good clean. The carpet is like new. An absolutely great result after being cleaned. This company performed the impossible turning our battered, plaster covered Astro turf, hammered after a months building work, back into a pristine green lawn, a pleasure to sit in. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and all at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have passed their details to all my family and friends. A big thank you to Cheshire Carpet Revival. From the start they made booking very easy, working around my requirements. They gave me an arrival time and even a courtesy message 30 minutes before their arrival. They gave my wife a selection of scents to choose from that smelt of perfumes and aftershaves and we can still smell these 3 days later! My carpets look amazing and feel like new to walk on. Great professional service from start to finish, we will be having them back every 6 months!

Marc was brilliant from when he turned up, explained what he was going to do and got on with the task. He cleaned my office first so that I didn’t have to be disrupted working from home. The carpets have all come up a treat, look very clean, smell fresh and are softer to tread on.
They responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and I was booked in the following week.
