From Our Website

Most of our clients, consisting of property mangement agents and professional landlords, have remained loyal to us for nearly a decade - aproval such as this is rare and we are pleased to maintain a friendly yet professional service at all times. Our portfolio of satisfied clients include many local property managing agents, and professional landlords. Communal cleaning includes all internal & external common areas of both purpose built apartment blocks and converted buildings. This would include: Vacuuming or mopping of halls and stairwells, cleaning of internal communal entrances corridors, windows, polishing hand rails and surfaces, removal of junk mail, to sweeping the car park and cleaning bin sheds which without regular cleaning soon become dirty and shabby over a period of time.

Conventional window cleaning is the traditional method used mainly on shop fronts and windows that are not possible to clean using the favoured reach & wash. This method of window cleaning uses an applicator and squeegee and sometimes ladders (remembering all Hi-Flo operatives are fully trained and certificated for working at height). Also often used when working from MEWPs. For your peace of mind and re-assurnace, we are registered members of the Federation of Window Cleaners, ensuring a superior, efficient amd reliable service as confirmed by our Charter of Good Practice (see below).

Health & Safety as you would expect from a professional service always comes top of our priority list. All staff are fully uniformed so they are easily identified, they are highly skilled in different aspects of window cleaning and are trained to work efficiently. Before any new contract can commence a risk assessment and method statement is produced highlighting any potential hazards and detailing how the job will be implemented. This is an essential element to any job preparation as it enables the client to know exactly how we will be executing our work on their premises.

So as part of our overall external cleaning service, we are pleased to offer the most cost effective gutter cleaning service available - using the new Omni-Pole Guttervac system. This high power vacuum system can reach as high as four storeys and easily clean your gutters. It quickly and efficiently cleans your gutters without the need for labour intensive and dangerous ladder work or MEWPS (Mobile Eelevated Working Platforms). Which means you can have clean gutters for a fraction of the cost of tradional gutter cleaning methods.

Our pure water treatment system utilises Reverse Osmosis and mixed bed De-mineralising Resin to produce 100% pure, laboratory grade water. The nature of de-mineralised water is to strive to return to its natural impure state by actively absorbing all dirt, chemicals and minerals it comes across. When used for Window Cleaning, provided the correct technique has been used the final rinse water dries to a perfect finish. With continued use the window isn't just clean, its left totally sterile. As no chemicals or detergents are used, the process is environmentally friendly.

Mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) can provide a safe way of working at height, by allowing the worker to reach the task quickly and easily. They have guard rails and toe boards which prevent a person falling and can be used internally and externally. In essence they provide you with a safe platform for all kinds of work at height for: decorating, installing posters or signs and of course window cleaning. Under the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Hi-Flo H20 Ltd and its employees have general legal provisions imposed upon them.
