Prime Shine delivers an excellent service. Windows are well cleaned and easy to pay with a self addressed envelope posted through the door. Also guttering gets cleaned once a year, for free.

I recently occuppied a well used cafe with was in desperate need of a deep clean to the kitchen areas. Two guys turned up on time, were very curtious, and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I was truley impressed and could not be happier. I would recommened this company to anyone.

After six months of cleaners not turning up, not completing the tasks on the schedule, not responding to comments in the communications folder, flooding our premises and not notifying us, taking spare keys home leaving us locked out of one of our offices which includes the ladies toilet, loosing are keys and us having to get another set cut, we'd finally had enough and spoke to the Managing director who informs me that because the agreement only states that they need to clean twice a week that this could be done on a Saturday and Sunday if they choose? Even though he agreed verbally to have our premises cleaned on specific days.

Good job and good price. We contacted this company through an advert in the north devon journal during July 2010. Paul and Lesley are a polite and friendly husband and wife team from Barnstaple. Such a refreshing change, its like a proper organised cleaning company but without the corporate stuff that usually accompanies these firms. Important for us that they are husband and wife and not a big company, especially as we have a large family with small children and pets. They carried out a good deep clean of our house when we were selling up. My husband isn't very well these days, these cleaners were respectful and helpful and our house looked and smelt great before the agents called round. The agent was impressed, as was Pete and myself.

Used this company to provide a one off clean. Was unhappy with the service provided - work not completed satisfactorily and property damaged. Attempted to resolve issue with person owning franchise and was treated with derision. When attempting to contact person owning franchise was treated aggressively and with abuse. Damage to property cannot be claimed for unless it is over J100 therefore small items damaged would have to be paid for by owner - this is clearly unsatisfactory as it would usually be the case that small items would be damaged. At no point was any conciliatory offer made and no offer to put me back in touch with the cleaner who, in my opinion, provided such a poor service. My experience of this company [both franchisee and franchisor] is extremely negative. I have copies of emails to confirm these comments.

After ringing round for a quote I was given the details of this cleaning company by my landlord. The service I got from them was very good & the time they did the job was great. I got all my deposit back which was great as well will use these guys again.
