The range of parts available and for the price is much better than their rivals. There's always offers available that give as much as 60% off their RRP (this is usually online) and if you've forgotten to order something, staff have no issue adding it to your online order inclusive of the online discount. Just pop your registration in online and they will show you what parts are correct for your vehicle. Simple.

I have visited the website put my car Registration and it recommended four different brands of brake pads. I bought one of the recommended brake pads sets recommended by the website and took to mechanic and I was told it does not fit in your car. GSF car parts website is recommending the incorrect part for the car registration. I called to the customer services, first and foremost you can not reach to the customer services on phone and when I told them to update the system he advised that the recommended part is not for your car? Really just a waste of time and money.

Do NOT use the online delivery service. No option for click and collect. Totally useless. They use parcel force, the only company to not agree to a safe place to leave parcels. I will now have to take the day off work and wait about all day. Thanks gsf. You just cost me twice the cost of the parts. I should have gone straight to vw

Due to Covid restrictions there was a strict one customer only served in the shop, however it meant serving was so slow, on average 5+ minutes, not bad I hear you say, but meanwhile outside there was no cover, no real distance or directional signage. Today it was raining and I was quite wet having waited for the previous two customers. This far into this pandemic a company such as GSF need to do a whole lot better.
