Services
Contract Cleaning
We specialise in contract cleaning, delivering consistently high standards of hygiene and presentation. Our efficient, dependable approach creates safe, welcoming environments using products that sanitise and clean. As a BICSc Accredited Training Member, our teams receive structured training, including Licence to Practice. All cleaners are directly employed and supported, taking pride in transforming offices, retail, industrial and showroom spaces. We also provide CQC-compliant healthcare cleaning aligned with National Patient Safety Agency guidance.
Window Cleaning
We deliver window and building faade cleaning through fully qualified, experienced teams. Using distilled water and carbon fibre poles, we clean glazing up to 60 feet from ground level. Where greater access is required, our IPAF-certified operators use MEWPs, cradles, and approved rope access. These methods deliver efficient high-level cleaning and inspections while minimising disruption and protecting the building fabric.
Specialist Cleaning
We deliver specialist cleaning through highly trained operatives with proven expertise. Our teams restore difficult areas to an exceptional standard, supporting both planned programmes and urgent responses. We bring the technical capability and product knowledge needed to manage all specialist cleaning requirements. We prioritise safe, environmentally considerate practices across services such as builders cleans, deep cleaning, floor care, jet washing, graffiti removal, and decontamination.

I have been working for Health & Wiltshire for a few weeks now and I have to say I really enjoy it. At first I was nervous to start but then I met my area manger Janice, she is so lovely and made it nice and easy for me and was so easy to talk to in the interview and letting me know what I would be doing and when it came to my first day she was. there to help and guide me as to what to do and what's the easiest way to do it, I now am happy working there by myself and if there ever was to be an issue I can contact Janice and she will help me the best that she can at that time. Working here has been so much easier for me as the jobs I do are flexible for me and works around me and my day. I.

I have always found this contractor to offer a very professional service across the board, in regards to the services they provide. As a prime example Heath & Wiltshire Ltd have been very helpful during a very testing time with Covid-19 has been greatly appreciated, by the client and tenants alike. In particular Emma Hicks, the Operations Office Manager, has been extremely helpful in the time I have worked with her. Worse company to work with management is a nightmare you get treated like dirt won't recommend them to anyone they are the worse cleaners ever the supervisors in Trowbridge health centre are a nightmare hardly do anything other then criticise people
