Hired for cleaning of mould, sent photos, got a quote and paid a deposit. When Christo arrived, he said he wouldn't do it for the price quoted and almost doubled the quote. He refused to do anything unless I paid the higher price. So he left without completing the job.

I'm actually deciding between 2-3 stars. So it is weak 3 stars. I contacted this company back in November 2018 for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. The issues I had: -They are not very responsive, had to chase them several times, also you ask two questions and only get answer to one. -The cleaning itself was done quickly - maybe too quickly. Spent 30 additional minutes with the cleaning boy showing him the places in the flat that weren't cleaned properly (e.g. the floor in the kitchen wasn't mopped at all, he didn't vacuum clean under the bed etc.).

So I can't say they were thorough, which is quite important for a cleaning company! -When he left, our brand new ironing board (in its original packaging) was missing. There wasn't anyone else in the flat but the cleaning boy, we were at work at that time. Was trying to resolve this with his manager but no luck. On the plus site: -He was exactly on time. The price was reasonable.

Conducted an end of tenancy clean for me after "fantastic services" let me down the night before. Excellent service-staff were polite, helpful and incredibly hard working. I will certainly use them again

Excellent and thorough service, you did a wonderful job last month for our end of tendency cleaning for our apartment (Compass House). I would recommend your services to anyone and will definitely use your company again. Thank you! Kimberley Lewis

I am mum of three and been using Cosmo regular cleaning service for about 3 years. I am very happy with the cleaersthey they provide me with and very often they would call me to ask me how I feel about the service! Recently I asked them to clean my carpets and upholstery and they did amazing job. I do recommend Cosmo Cleaning as a reliable services provider to all my friends.

He I just wanted to let you know that Cosmo Cleaning is an outstanding domestic services provider. I used three different services by them and I am absolutely greatfull with them. I am extermely satisfied with their Carpet Clenaing service, the result was briliant and saved me lots of money and gave a pleasure.

Very pleased with the End of Tenancy cleaning by Cosmo Cleaning. No bother about anything, booked the night before, paid online, met the team in the morning, left them. They supplied everything for the cleaning. The estate agant called me and said the property is absolutely sparkling, had my deposit straigh after. Thanks guys will definetly book you again.
