We have a beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with hot tub in Trearddur Bay and have used P and J since we started renting it out. All of our guests have commented on how immaculate and spotless the cottage is on arrival and we have always found the same. They are also trained and qualified to look after and maintain hot tubs, which is very handy. We have been relentlessly busy with booking after booking and the quality never changes - they have very high standards.

They also manage all our linen and laundry which is also well laundered and ironed. Exceptionally easy to deal with, swift response to any communication or requests and always friendly and cheerful, I cannot recommend them enough to other holiday property owners. 5 star service.

After much hard work renovating our property in Benllech, we finally began renting it out last October. P&J Property Services took over the cleaning and management of our property and we have been very pleased with their work. Our property has received some lovely reviews and many mention the superb level of cleanliness. P&J respond quickly should any maintenance issues arise and our minds are at rest knowing that our precious property is well looked after to a high standard.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services of Paul & James (as long as they don't become too busy to not fit me in!). They are entirely trustworthy and reliable. They have never let me down despite the numerous and varied changeovers my property has demanded, On the rare occasion that they have taken leave, they are careful to provide trained replacements.

They are flexible and self motivated so do not need constant direction. At all times they have respected me and always checked out suggestions for improvements with me. They are also very easy to communicate with, being easily contactable by email or phone so can always be contacted in an emergency.
