Started out ok - not happy about having to sign up to the fantastic club to get access to bookings but did so and all seemed well. Now I find that my 300 in credits that they shout about so much cannot be used for any of the services I want. Domestic cleaning? Nope. Car cleaning (was ok last time I booked) Nope, not any more. I feel completely conned by this company.

I thought I was getting access to these credits to use for any service they offer but it turns out that it is only for a very small number of them and all the ones I dont want. I will not be renewing my subscription

Simply the worst service I've ever had from any company. Had an end of tenancy/moving out clean booked on day of completion of our flat sale. Made me sign up to their subscription to get the slot I wanted/needed (8-9am), and that isn't the bad bit. Arrived at my place at 7.30am to remove last few bags, to be approached by a gentleman smoking looking for my flat. Don't mind smokers, but the guy was in our faces and smoking in internal courtyards with clear no smoking signs.

Everything was removed from the flat bar our few remaining bags and after taking a look claimed they wanted more money because I hadn't mentioned the stairs and it was a bigger job. I live on a single story flat, however you descend a small number of steps from the door, it's a truly tiny area - I even said they didn't have to clean that bit if it was a major issue.

After some deliberation with a colleague who had appeared, asked for more money - which I was actually thinking of paying (I just needed the job done - moving day is stressful!) then they both disappeared WITHOUT any further communication. I had to wait another hour for the office to open to get someone to complain to. They took our money up front and didn't do the job.

We had to clean the flat ourselves without any materials, no doubt ruining both our and the new purchasers day in the process. Please avoid. Plenty of decent cleaning companies around that wouldn't do this.

Scam Company! Do not waste your time / money on this company. They are quick to take your money & do not refund when they admit fault for not providing the service that you have paid for. I booked a post build clean. I explained that we needed a deep clean of our house, to remove plaster & dust from our wooden flooring which was destroyed by builders.

The service states cleaners will use industrial equipment, detergents & pressure washers. 2 cleaners arrived with a Henry Hoover & a steam mop! I called the office who confirmed their mistake with our booking. My house is still a mess. No refund provided!

As per a previous review, fantastic services is overpriced and the main issue is if you have a problem or complaint, you can't speak to anyone. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone except when I made my first booking. I phoned to book "After Builders Cleaning" services. It advertises on the website that things will be deep cleaned by an industrial-grade vacuum cleaner and plaster stains will be removed with the help of "special off-the-counter detergents". However, this was NOT the case and the technicians didn't clean the inside as thoroughly as I would have expected.

I was informed by the technician that they were just using commercial cleaning agents that couldn't remove the grout and stains I had pointed out on the tile walls and floor. Instead I went through and did it myself by giving it a good scrub to ensure it got removed thoroughly. As I was able to remove it by hand, I think the technicians were just lazy!

I specifically paid for a POST BUILDERS CLEAN based on the information from the website that these can be removed! The technician kept telling me that they couldn't remove some of the plaster/glue with what they have so there wasn't anything I could do at the time. I even made suggestions to them but they gave me the impression they knew what they were doing.

I'd already paid for the service! It's not their fault fantastic services didn't prep them properly! I was expecting a more thorough clean given what was described! They vacuumed and mopped and it was more a general clean than deep clean. The internal windows were supposedly cleaned and after further inspection after they'd left, there was still dust on the edge of the window.

I hope FS rectify this with a proper post builder clean with the right industrial grade tools that is promised on the site or a refund/credit for the work that wasn't done! Not only that, I was informed when I booked on the phone that I'd get 3 technicians for 5 hours. The confirmation showed 2 technicians for 7.5 hours and I even rung them to verify and confirm the 3. Either way I paid for 15 hours. I ended up having 2 technicians on the day and they cleaned less than 6 hours so I'm waiting for a refund for the difference as well.

Charged me over 300 for 2 bedroom property in high Wycombe when the landlord checked the work ( im disabled) it was totally unacceptable dusty lampshades all door frames empty bedroom furniture was not moved and still dirty (9years worth) landlord got in touch with them and they offered me a small discount next time I use them as if.

I don't even know where to begin, this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have robbed me of over 235 for a gardener that left my garden and patios in a complete state, when I showed them pictures of how filthy my patios still were after their "jet wash service" they agreed it was terrible and offered me 30 back. so it's ok for me to pay 205 for my garden to still be in a state and will now have to pay someone else to do it. THEN the following day I had already booked a cleaner which I paid 89 for a cleaner she never bothered to show up my husband was at home the entire time, she rang me twice 15 minutes after she was due to arrive and I was driving at the time, I called back 5 minutes later with no response and then when I ask for my refund rightfully as she didn't show up they tell me because she called twice I am not due a refund and they will be charging me a cancellation fee.

They are liars and theives I am now over 300 out of pocket with no cleaner and a garden that is a state. It's actually caused me so much stress I cannot comprehend I trusted a company and gave them my money to be treated in this disgusting way! Disgraceful company!

I've been thinking for a while if I should write a review or not, but I've decided it may help other people when booking Fantastic cleaners to reconsider using them. I used Fantastic cleaners once a week back in 2020. March 2020 A Male cleaner from Fantastic cleaners had gone into my cupboard and taken my Rolex watch which was a birthday gift. I know he was male as I waited in till he arrived to hand over the house key.

Of course I contacted Fantastic cleaners, they didn't seem bothered and I reported the missing watch to the police. It was only My 12 year old son, 9 at the time in the house, so it couldn't have been anyone else. At the end of the day its my word against his. Sadly I didn't have home insurance so that watch is gone forever. Fantastic Cleaners seem to employ anyone and the customer service is awful.

(See edit below) Overall, fantastic services is overpriced, but the main issue is, if you have a problem or complaint, you can't actually get to speak to anyone. We had an awful oven clean and even though I provided irrefutable evidence immediately, it still took 5 days for them to come back to me with a resolution - for the service provider to visit to finish the job a whole week later!

We ended up compromising with Fantastic for them to give us 30 credits instead (meaning I still have to spend my money with them). As soon as we finish with our credits, we won't be using FS any further. Being fair, we have received some good services too, it's just the customer service and not being able to speak to someone that puts me off using them further. Edit: After my review, FS called me and offered a free service to apologise for the situation above. The lady was very polite and it was a very generous offer.

Extremely poor quality service! Not happy with the results. She missed a lot of dust, toilet and bath very poorly cleaned, hoovering also not completed and missed spots under the furniture. The process of booking the service was really difficult and slow, and office staff was very unhelpful and inpolute. They excused themselves for being very busy and short staffed. It took me some time until I got a cleaner and then on the day of the service they were so late I wasted half a day. I would never use them again and would not recommend!

DO NOT book an end of tenancy clean with this company. Trust the NEGATIVE reviews already posted here. If there was a way to give them -5 stars I would. After receiving a quote, they called me over and over again and sent emails and texts to remind me to book with them, giving more discounts to their services, to the point where it was becoming ridiculous.

They came across really desperate so my partner and I were very transparent with them when they called again. We said we had read the reviews and we were worried the cleaning wouldn't be done well enough. We were reassured that it will be done well and that we could come back after a few hours to check it's been cleaned to our expectations. On the day of the clean, the team does their check and have the nerve to tell us our flat is in bad condition.

Then they CANCEL right then and there, leaving us completely in the dark. Long story short, you get what you pay for. Better to go with a company that charges more and has better reviews.

The service provided was of good quality and the professional was very hard working and helpful. I had a booking which was cancelled a few minutes before the scheduled time which left me frustrated and resulted in me leaving a negative review initially. However, Fantastic Cleaners contacted me and offered to reimburse me the entire amount I paid for my service due to the inconvenience it caused me which does show good customer care. Would recommend.

Here is the complaint for the service on 09.09. 18:00 Hi I would like to make complaint of service. service is taken on for 1 hour and 20 mins while i booked 2 hours cleaning. bin was not emptied. glass still dirty, carpet not hovered. when I ask to call supervisor of fantastic cleaner for the advise of the job was not done properly, cleaner escaped out of the property, running away towards haringey green lanes.

The cleaner left 40 min early even though the place was still not clean. For what was supposed to be a 3 hour clean, after an hour and 40 min she kept trying to leave saying she was finished even though she clearly wasn't. I tried to convince her to clean a few more things at first but it got weirder and weirder each time she tried to say she was done again. After several messages to their Customer Services team I've been able to get a full refund which is of course a relief. Still strange that it happened at all though.

This was supposed to be a pre move in clean. Booked "end of tenancy" clean which their website says includes a full oven valet. The acceptable - two cleaners turned up on time and did some of the bits I specifically requested The bad - the oven did not receive a full valet. Grease and crumbs still in the oven. The floors were still dirty and even had extra chocolate crumbs left behind.

The kitchen cupboards were not cleaned inside or out. Smears on the chrome sockets, or some not done at all still had a layer of dust. Dust dust dust everywhere. Bathroom mirrors not done/smeared. Bathtub and shower tiles apparently not touched. Toilet still dirty under rim. The pictures I've posted and items I've listed as being substandard are just the tip of the iceberg. Scratches left on windows.

They have a 48 hour guarantee so let them know they needed to come around to redo the job. They booked then cancelled due to "vehicle issues". They didn't offer another reclean until days later when it was already too late as I'd moved all my stuff in and spent a good 6 hours doing the job they should have done in the first place. I spent 240 on the clean plus 79 membership fee.

I then spent hours cleaning up after them, have booked an oven and carpet clean with another provider at extra cost to me. Customer service atrocious. Raise a complaint or call them - you can't speak to a human being. Maybe get one or two texts a day through a tedious messaging system. You can only send three pictures at a time. I have a lot of pictures and videos showing how bad the service was.

Not great resolution system on a time sensitive service. 3 weeks later still trying to get compensation. They keep offering me derogatory amounts - eg 15 credit (doesnt even pay for one hour of cleaning at their own rates). And now 40 cash which won't even cover the cost of an oven clean at their own rates. Avoid at all costs unless you have the time to watch over the cleaners and chase chase chase if anything goes wrong. 79 membership fee wasted as I won't be using any of their services again.

This is a franchise business so you are not guaranteed a standard of cleaning across the company. Some may have good standards and others not. In any case the overarching customer service is laughable.

I have been with fantasic clenaer for 2 yrs. a few month a go i joined their member club and have two properties to be cleaned regularly. 1- i realised they have been over charging me for a few month and when i try to report to them no one came back for weeks ( appreciated the service might be affected by the lockdown) i then contact my bank to stop any charge from them, one day later one of the staffs called me. 2- when i received complaint from one of my properties and send over the images of the prove, the staff were not very professional and try to 'justify' the standard of the cleaning. as one can see from the images there were not up to standard, and more disappointedly they were not willing to arrange a re-visit or any partial refund. and the staff were really rude to me on the phone. i had no choice but to terminate the service with them. the staff was asking for more images, but we have already cleaned the areas. and he said: your preference was bath room not the sofa. i do not want to wasting my time justifying but i do not recommend this company. ( however the other cleaner lady who does my other property has been great, just they really need to train the cleaners to the same standard. and also improve their customer service!)

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I booked a pre tenancy clean for this morning. The cleaner turned up 45m late rushed around the house taking photos and walked out (we thought to get equipment). 15m later we realised they did a complete runner with no reasoning. Ringing the office was useless as no one answers. The only response we've got so far was the the house was too dirty - completely the opposite it's a high spec flat well maintained.

And then they said it wasn't a good layout?! Makes no sense. I had to do it with a friend before the tenants moved in this afternoon ahead of leaving the country tomorrow. Utter utter disgrace, so disappointing. Do not use

I have scheduled with this company on a deep cleaning for tomorrow, the booking was done nearly three weeks ago, I even at that time made it very clear that if they can't do that I'll search elsewhere, they confirmed and I made all arrangements for tomorrow. They kept sending me reminders of tomorrow that they will come. Today, Sunday, they cancelled for tomorrow and postponed it two weeks from now!

I was really annoyed and had to go and clean myself with a house cleaner, which was not as good as a company cleaning. I was however contacted several times by the company to apologize and was even offered a generous compensation. I hope this incident never repeats, but eventually all ended well. Thank you.

Terrible service do not use these cleaners. I had someone come to clean my 2 sofas, which just needed freshening up, prior to selling them. They left the light grey cushions to dry propped up against the dark lining of the sofa. Having been instructed to wait 24 hours for everything to dry, I checked the cushions and the dye from the lining transferred onto all of the cushions.

Very unhelpful customer service team who say someone can come in 2 days to look at it. I have lost the sale of 2 sofas, the deposit on a van that was booked to remove them, and have to move out of my property tomorrow but am left with two ruined sofas. I would expect someone to come immediately to resolve it considering they have stained two expensive sofas.

It is a different thing to not remove stains, but to put stains onto the sofas is completely unacceptable and I would expect much better response in resolving it. UPDATE Despite them insisting the stains would be removed, the stains are in fact permanent as verified by the cleaners. They now hang up when I try to call. Completely untrustworthy I cannot stress enough that this company SHOULD NOT BE USED.

An absolutely shocking service. Terrible. I booked three services after my tenant vacated my house - cleaning, gardening, and upholstery cleaning. The cleaning was appalling. Over half of the specified tasks were not done, rotten food was left on the still greasy kitchen counter and a rubbish bag was left leaking on the kitchen floor. The property was then left unlocked.

The gardener was two hours late. They over charged my debit card for the services, and charged me for 'membership' which specifically stated I did not want. They then took charges for rubbish removal, a charge they had not made me aware of at the time of my booking, and then charged me for more bags than the gardener took with him. I tried to resolve the issue constructively, but was met with a very defensive and dismissive attitude. I am yet to receive a refund for either the over charges on my card, or offered any kind of refund for the poor cleaning services. Avoid this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Extremely disappointing END OF TENANCY cleaning from this company and the appalling customer service - DO NOT USE THEM. Read on. I have asked the company to collect the keys for my investment property and returned it after they finished. As I could not be there to check their cleaning, I trust this will be completed to a professional level.

I paid the invoice when it arrive with no question My agents later informed me that the flat is not cleaned properly and sent me pictures. I contacted this company and I was told that it has passed the 3 day grace period in the agreement. I was told that someone may be in the flat and it is dirty now. I told them that the only people in the flat is my estate agent and the flat is not being rented still.

It is empty. My complain did not go anywhere and they offer no Service Recovery or Apology. I paid 167 for this cleaning? It's a joke, isn't it? I wish I could post the pictures here but I have these on Facebook to let their potential customers know it's really appalling cleaning and worse customer service forbbing me off after they have received my payment.

They had to tenacity to say that the people have been in the flat already so it's dirty. Have they walked under the bed? Has anyone used the fridge which is not cleaned? My flat has no tenants yet so it's not occupied! -The carpet is supposedly steam-cleaned. There are fluffs and clothes tag and bits of rubbish under the bed. -The windows have streaks of stains. -the fridge is dirty! -the cupboards are not wiped down - the drawers are not cleaned and wiped.

Very unreliable and poor service. I use them for a weekly domestic cleaning service. The cleaners change every week, most of them are very young, just arrived in the UK and on their first job, a some instead of cleaning chat constantly on the phone or text. The service get cancelled, delayed and often no show at all on the day without any warning.

You contact the costumer service and the only think they say is, "Sorry, it's out of our control! We can book another day" is it happening almost every week I decided now to use a different cleaning company.

I'd give zero if I could. Booked an end of tenancy clean and they left it absolutely filthy and in some parts dirtier than it started because they used an obviously filthy rag and smeared it all over everything so now there's filthy water drops over everything. Of course it's an end of tenancy clean so I booked it near the end of the month and now they're telling me they'll take 48 hours to get back to me which is after my inspection. Can't get anyone to help other than call centre agents. Garbage company and a huge expensive mistake.

I used them for an end of tenancy clean, and they did a fantastic job. It turned out to be bigger than expected, but they remained professional, and bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted. Despite my place being an absolutely awful mess, they never judged me or made any nasty remarks about the state of my flat. They just got on with it, and at the end of the cleaning, I swear it looked better than it did when I moved in! Very friendly, and a positive experience all around.

I have had the most frustrating and disappointing week with Fantastic Services the first year with them was good and worked well, I had just renewed my membership which is not even due until March/April 2019 to come home to an utter mess. My wood threshold plate from the hall to the kitchen area has a deep gouge, my staircase is beyond description where they had scratched it and rubbed away the paint and then they sent a handyman who attended for all of 20m didn't sand down effectively and has now painted wet coats of primer which has dripped down the bannister.

It has taken countless telephone calls to get a painter decorator to remedy the damage inflicted by their upholstery clean service it is beyond words that I should return to this utter shambles. I have asked Fantastic to start a claim and I will be advising our insurance company that we intend to enlist a professional painter decorator to resolve all the above.

I have since deleted my card, account and all associated other admin because this has just been the most stress, unprofessional and total havoc to have to sort out. The company (Fantastic Services) are so slow to respond to all this whereas before they had proper English speaking and trained tradespeople and telephone admin now it is all foreign and hard to understand what they are communicating.

I really wish I could roll back a few days and that I would have used a reputable established service and avoided all this heart ache. They are so quick to bank your money and take extra money they even had the cheek to charge me for their pathetic service today which they were remedying at their own cost. It is a disgrace and I have contacted the bank to dispute the charges.

I have also asked Fantastic for my money back so we shall see how that goes. That is membership 49 Service 250 Upholstery 240 plus plus plus BUYER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Awful, negligent cleaners and a management that doesn't give a stuff about their customers. I cannot find the words to express how bad this service has been. I paid for a one off deep clean, paid extra for the cleaner to bring her own detergents, and made a written request for extra attention to be paid to the skirting boards and floors. The cleaner turned up with no detergents or any idea she was supposed to have them or understand when I tried to explain, didn't clean my flat properly for anyone's standards, and then LEFT THE HOB TAP OPEN SO THAT MY FLAT WAS FILLED WITH GAS BY THE TIME I GOT HOME!

The whole building could have gone up! The negligence here is astounding. If this wasn't bad enough, the customer service I have received since has been beyond appalling. First no effort to respond to me in any sort of urgency, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation or agreement to refund or reclean, saying that I hadn't booked a deep clean and that I should have left instructions to clean the floors and windowsills and to hoover the carpet and sofa, ALL OF WHICH I DID!

And then saying that the cleaner didn't leave the tap on - because she said she didn't. The laughably and repeatedly saying that their cleaners are "well trained." Obviously not, as she didn't even bother hoovering around the sofa or cleaning the floors! I sent them photos of the state of my flat, and evidence of the high gas usage via fortnightly meter readings.

When they finally acknowledged that the clean wasn't up to standard, they offered me a shorter reclean than I had initally paid for or a refund, not both, and still refused to take responsibility for the gas, even after I provided evidence and they still insisted that their cleaners are well trained even though they'd previously admitted the cleaning wasn't great.

After calling, emailling and texting several times over the next month and a half, they still hadn't processed my refund as they'd promised (not even for the extra cost of the cleaning products which they actually did acknowledge was a mistake), and now my calls and emails were being ignored. The cowardly senior management have consistently refused to speak to me, no matter how many times I asked.

I got in touch with two of the associations they claim to be members of who replied straight away and said they would investigate, and apologising for so serious a matter. I eventually received a text (a TEXT!), from Fantastic Services saying that my refund was being processed, but still not even the courtesy of a call or apology from management for the way I've been treated, and they are still refusing to accept that the cleaner left the gas on. Avoid like the plague, negligent and dangerous.

Shoddy, outrageously bad, dangerous and probably illegal. This is the worst company ever. I made the mistake of hiring again after the first disaster, they sent a replacement cleaner when they sent a lunatic who started to smash up the place, after my stinking review they refunded me my money in return for me taking down my review. Well the cleaner they sent this time was as equally appalling as the first, could not speak literally one single word of English, looked like a junkie, was exceptionally slow and a rubbish cleaner with a truly HORRIBLE attitude. I cannot dissuade you strongly enough from using this company, i doubt that the cleaners are legal workers and would fear for anyone's property. NEVER EVER AGAIN

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cleaners clearly aren't vetted adequately as we had a one off clean in at the end September and the cleaner has taken copies of my partner's credit and debit cards. The cards have since been used to make online purchases fraudulently. The cards in questions sit in my partner's bedside table as we do not use them often.

The cleaner was the only person to have access to the CC and DD cards other than myself and my partner and the fraud started 2 days after our clean. In hindsight, the cleaner wanted to leave very quickly and before the the allocated time. My partner only left him alone in the flat for half an hour, it is very disappointing, time consuming and not to mention the financial impact it has had on myself and my partner. We have made all relevant authorities aware and should get our money back. However, I will never use this company again.

Do not use this service. Booked an end of tenancy cleaning two days before we were due to move out the problems that we had with the office team and cleaning team include: - Changed the time of the apt last minute - Without discussing anything with me, sending a text through increasing the price by 70 and I have to call up and enquire why - Stating they could not do their job properly - The cleaning team screamed and shouted at each other the entire duration that they were at my property and actually went as far as to disturb the neighbours.we had to apologise on their behalf - BROKE both bathroom drawers and did not tell us, we had luckily gone back to check over the property and saw this and had to fix them last minute - Having sent through an emailing complaining about the service both to the office email and through their customer feedback. I have received absolutely nothing back from them. They caused me more stress than the cleaning was worth with moving house, do not use this company.

Avoid - unless you want to dump your money. The cleaner team came late and barely spoke English resulting communication difficulties. The quality of service provided was awful. Clearly the team was not professionally trained. Moreover it was scary that unexplained 40 pounds was debited from my account in addition to the agreed service fee which I am to check with my bank as well as the company. Again AVOID. No good at all.

Horrible experience - Missing items and bad service We ordered a end of tenancy cleaning service from them after which not only did the landlord find it unsatisfactory but also there were missing items such as an approximately 400 pound monitor from the property. After we complained to them they systematically ignored our calls and tried to stall.

After that they reluctantly agreed to reimburse us only to never contact us again until we called back to be informed that there is a dispute with their subcontractors. We were then contacted by someone claiming to be the subcontractor in question without authorising our personal data and contact information to be handed over who informed us they will sue us for false accusations. We will now referred the matter to the police.

I have been with them for two years. First year was good. Past year has been horrible. Their cleaners are not trained. There is no check on their work. I run an airbnb i have ckmplained to them so many times its costing me my clients. They are now into too many things and mot one thing they are able to do right. I am so disappointed leaving them

Nothing fantastic about these idiots. I just had my end of tenancy cleaning cancelled by text 10 MINUTES before it was meant to start. I had booked a half day off work for this and we are handing keys back tomorrow. When I called I got told someone would call me back in "3 to 4 minutes." That was 35 minutes ago and nothing. I called back and got put on hold for another 10. APPALLING COMPANY, APPALLING SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE.

My wife hired them as she thought the online reviews looked ok. Agreement was for end of tenancy clean up (including cleaning of carpet and sofa). When their cleaners arrived, they said the carpet and sofa would be cleaned by someone else from the company. The company itself didn't inform us about this. We had to call them up to confirm this.

The company then said they would get somebody else to clean the carpet and sofa at a future date and time. Incredibly frustrating as we would be moving out of our place in a couple of days. Due to our time constraints, we needed them to confirm that they could sort the carpet and sofa within the time frame, but they could not do so. We ended up having to desperately search for another cleaner on short notice, to clean the carpet and sofa. We ended up having to pay for that, as well as to Fantastic Cleaners. To top it off, the clean up provided was rather mediocre, certainly not fantastic. Avoid.

I had used this company in the past for carpet cleaning and was pleased so booked a regular domestic cleaning service with them. The cleaner simply never arrived. I made several calls to the offfice, they gave no explanation and kept saying they would call me back, but they did not do so. I spent the whole morning, which I had taken off from work, waiting, to no avail.

I phoned to cancel my whole service with them. I thought, there are plenty of other cleaning services, they have to be more reliable than this one as you cannot get more unreliable than no-one turning up AND no call being made to me or explanation given! They sent me all kinds of apologies and asked me for another chance, which I did not want to give to them. However, as it happened, I inadvertantly did.

I booked a service with what I thought was a different company. In fact, as I later discovered, it was THE SAME people, just under a different name! They were calling themselves "Housekeeper London". You could not make this up but once again, I waited in vain. I called several times (this is when I realised they were the very same company), I was told various rubbish such as "she is on her way" and "her supervisor says she just got on the bus to come to you". No-one ever turned up. You really could not make this up! Twice in a week! What a complete waste of time these people are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Apalling! I booked for a jet washing service a few weeks ago for a 10am slot. A few hours later I get a call that the 10am slot is not available and was offered either a 8am or 12pm slot. Neither of them was convenient for me on that day so I cancelled. The following week I called again to book another appointment. I was told that someone would call me back within the next hour to arrange the appointment.

That call never happened. Finally, earlier this week, I called again to book an appointment for today, Saturday for 10am. Yesterday evening at 9pm I receive a message that the service cannot be carried out and was asked to contact them to book another appointment. Extremely poor customer service. Needless to say that I will NOT call back to book another appointment. Plenty of other companies out there. They lost out on my business.

I was impressed! They did a very good job with a one-time cleaning at our house, on fairly short notice. And we were very much in need of a deep cleaning, especially since we have five cats and have my father, my husband's mother, and another friend visiting us all in a single week. (Gotta please the neat freaks) I found the price very reasonable too at 175GBP for 12 hours of cleaning, done by three people in the space of four hours.

Much more convenient than having one cleaning lady around all day long. The team didn't speak a lot of English, but we communicated just fine, and I found them very friendly and polite. I would definitely use this service again.

I was recommended them by a friend that had accidentally spilled some red wine on my beige carpet! I used them for carpet cleaning before leaving the flat and they offer a good value for money, precise and punctual service. the online chat is very helpful to arrange the cleaning service and to figure out costs and times exactly. the staff is very patient and helpful. Also, the possibility to pay by card after the cleaning has been done was helpful as I was not living in the flat they cleaned anymore! good job!

On the back of recommendations from YIK (Yelpers I Know), I booked a standard cleaning service with Fantastic Cleaners for my house. It was much needed, but that's not to say that our place was a pile by any means. Just needed a good cleaning that neither my partner nor I had time to do. Enter Fantastic Cleaners. The fee agreed and paid was reasonable for a three bed house including bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms to be cleaned. Overall, the house was cleaned to a good standard, but not what I would call immaculate. I've used other cleaners at other houses/flats that have wowed me.

To be honest, it didn't look terribly different than if we had spent the time to do a good clean of the house. Am I likely to use this company again? No. I was essentially auditioning them to be regular cleaners, but it just wasn't proven value for money, even though I was given a reasonable price for the work. From the other reviews, and my experience, it seems their expertise is in End of Tenancy, but I'll leave that to others to discuss.

Excellent pre-clean online customer service. With live chat I was able to figure out exactly what I wanted done would cost and got the price down to something I was comfortable paying. Very patient and helpful staff. The cleaning itself was also excellent. My flat mates and I wanted a thorough spring clean and were a little nervous about not getting the quality we expected for the price but I was impressed with all the positive reviews.

Now our flat is cleaner that it has ever been, including when we moved in. We have two cats and the cleaners managed to clean all the fur out of the carpet (which our cats will promptly fur-ify again but at least we got to see it pristine for a weekend!). Also our oven was a complete disaster due to a spilled treacle and the woman who cleaned it just laughed and didn't complain or look put out at all. I would definitely ask them back for spring cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans in the future.

I had to use their services for my tenanted property. It's such a pleasure to find the house is all clean. I was very impressed with what the ladies did. The service I received was affordable, I don't say cheap but really good value for what you get. I found them to be honest and incredibly helpful.

I needed to clean the place before move out. After contacting a number of different agencies, Fantastic cleaners offered the best price I could afford. The team cleaned all rooms carefully and the carpet in my bedroom as well. Everything was easy and simple. These guys did their best and I am thankful for the help. I cannot explain how convenient it was to use their service. Quality of work was incredible, and it's such an affordable amount. I would certainly recommend them.

I have used Fantastic Cleaning about three times. I have the App on my phone and book the oven clean and carpet cleaning on line. They always turn up within the times arranged and work really hard. The oven was like brand new and price so much lower than other companies. I cannot recommend them enough.
