Glory Clean came to clean my terraced house on Saturday 18 December 2021. They sent some cleaners who were over 50 years old to do the work. When the cleaners left, I noticed: The front door has a lot of dirt marks remaining; Window sills have not been cleaned; All the window glasses still have a lot of dust; Radiators have not been cleaned; The washbasins of the toilets have a lot of dust and decoration marks; The toilet bowls of the toilets have a lot of dust; All the tiles on the walls of the toilets and kitchen still hold a lot of dust; The staircase bannisters have dirt marks and are dusty; and Door handles have not been cleaned.
I complained about the cleaning service which was done very poorly or not at all. The office responded to say that their cleaners did spend 8 hours which was the number of hours I had paid for. However, what I should have been charged is for 8 hours of competent cleaning work, not 8 hours of poor cleaning. They said I was not entitled to any kind of refund. I would never use their services again and I shall be making a referral to the Consumer Council.

Good company to use for efficient service. The representative who performed the work went out of his way to manoeuvre the tricky access to the boat and did a fantastic job! Honest and realistic - showed areas of concern and didn't create unrealistic expectations. Go for it - glad I found this company!

Absolutely 5 star service. After emergency flooding to our basement they were able to come the next day to clean the troubled carpet. The engineer who came was personable and highly efficient and we were so pleased with the results that we asked them to come back to do our stairs and another larger room a couple of days later. The same engineer came and gave us just the same level of service and was the epitome of excellence. To sum up, a good price for excellent service and we will definitely be making use of Glory Clean again. Thank you!

Having booked Gloryclean to do an end of tenancy clean, i was hugely disappointed by the results and ended up having to spend over an hour cleaning the hob, floors and doors and skirting board which were dusty and dirty even though the cleaners had been in only a few hours before. When I called to complain I was told that nothing could be done and that I needed to put my complaints in an email and they would respond in 48 hours.
I was told that I was not entitled to any sort of refund but they would come back to me with a solution. This was completely unacceptable given my tenants were moving in the next day. At no time did anyone I speak to offer an apology. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone

We hired Glory Clean to come and clean our small one bedroom flat. The cleaner who came was professional and paid attention to cleaning all the corners and carpeted areas and removed most stains from the carpet. We were happy with their service and would happily recommend them. They completed the task promptly. I don't give 4 stars because after he left, we saw that the non-carpeted area where he had the vacuum had left a big puddle of water - which he did not clean and we had to do that after him.

I had two services with glory clean. They did my end of tenancy full cleaning and also carpet cleaning in my new property. Both job has been done to the highest standards. Saved me a money as i was going to replace the carpets, but they managed to remove horrible old stains and the carpet is so much better now. The move out clean was also wonderful. Highly recommended friendly cleaners.

Glory Clean recently cleaned the carpet of my son's rented flat. They did a brilliant job as the carpet was of very poor quality but Glory Clean cleaned it to such a high standard. It looks great and thus I would recommend Glory Clean and will definitely use them again. Plus they came out on a Sunday morning and the charges were very reasonable. Thank you.

I have found Glory Clean by searching in Internet and firstly their website impressed me, then I decided to order their cleaners and i have no regrets. The service was very prompt and professional, the cleaners are very kind, helpful and carefully did a thorough clean - a joy to work with them. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the job so much so that my neighbour booked an appointment with them to clean his house too. I can highly recommend this company and definitely will use them for future jobs! Many thanks

I feel grateful that I chose Antoan! He did a great job. Our carpets are 15 years old and had stubborn stains as we had never cleaned it before. The cleaners of Glory Clean had removed all the stains and all the furniture looks much better than before. Thank you for making the whole process smooth and effortless.
