I was really impressed with Mahdi and his team. Great communication from start to finish. They arrived early (I'm used to people turning up late or not at all). They gave good advice about the rug to make sure they provided the right service and they managed to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. They also did a much better job than fantastic cleaners who I had previously used so I will definitely use the services again next time). Very efficient and professional all round thank you Mahdi!

VIP Carpet Cleaning did a great job for us twice. We had a carpet steam clean before we moved into our new place and it was immaculate. Then they came around to deep clean the carpet and floors after the move and again amazing service. Mahdi is very professional and explains the process clearly and truly delivers on the promised service. Very flexible too when we had to change a time. I can't recommend them highly enough and will use their services again.

I originally contacted them by email, very responsive and straight forward. On the day of the booking they arrived on time, very friendly and easy-going. We booked a carpet cleaning for the hallways/staircase for our 3-floor townhouse. Carpet looked good, the guys did a great job and will definitely book them again. We booked a deep clean after some building works. For the very significant cost we expected a very thorough clean. The clean was not thorough, methodical or careful. Areas were completely missed, proving the lack of a methodical approach. Numerous items had apparently only been vacuum cleaned, not wiped, which was never going to be adequate to remove building dust.
When these omissions were pointed out the response was defensive without any hint of interest in what had gone wrong, let alone any apology. The clean could just have been a bad day. The customer service probably wasn't.

Requested a deep clean. Very pleased with the result. We were sent an army of 6 cleaners and they spent 4 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. The office even called us to let us know they'd be 15 min late (nice attention to detail). Good communication via email, quick to respond. Planning to sign up for a regular cleaner now.
