Im the kind of person who doesnt even see mess. But I have children who both complain about it, and do nothing to help tidy it up. So when I stumbled across ng1 on the web I was looking for part house keeper, part mum in a way - someone who wasnt going to get uptight about what needed to be done. That is exactly the service I have got, and am very happy to pay for. Absolutely brilliant.
