Customer service was shocking, unfortunately I had to cancel 60mins before my appointment because someone close to me (my godson - a child) had been rushed into hospital. He hung up on me and when I rang back he never answered. Followed this up with a text message, still no reply. Very poor customer service skills, no empathy or understanding shown. I'll happily take my custom else where in the future.
