The customer service is quite poor. They initially told me that the carpet cleaning was happening after the 3 hours of cleaning booked with them, but this didn't happen. What happened is that the cleaner and the carpet cleaner worked for a TOTAL of 3 hours, while I paid 3 hours of cleaning + the carpet cleaner. When I phoned them, they told me they never said the carpet cleaner was coming after the cleaner finished and when I insisted that's what they told me, they asked me if I had an email proving it ( of course I didn't).
They then explained me that during the 45 minutes the carpet was being cleaned, the other cleaned worked in the bathroom. This sounded quite ridiculous to me since the bathroom is so small (and no windows) that nobody could actually spent 45 minutes in it. I asked them to have an email confirming it and they told me this is not the procedure ( so I cannot have any proof :D).
I didn't mind paying for the full service even if it's more expensive than other cleaning services, but I was expecting them to clean for the time I've paid for.

We live quite far away from where Perfect Clean is on the map (Crouch End) but our cleaner from them (Vesela) is so great. She is always on time, she does an amazing job, week after week. We find it much easier to deal with a cleaning company than direct with a cleaner too; Perfect clean are always so prompt in their replies to our emails requesting changes of dates and times etc that it makes the service really easy to use. Would recommend to anyone thinking of having a cleaner in London, great value too!
