"They take no responsibility" Use this company at your peril. Their cleaner smashed a pottery horse which was gifted to me by my late husband and therefore has huge sentimental value, but Lightwater refused to pay for the repairs saying that their cleaners are self-employed. This was contradicted by the cleaner in question who claimed that she was, in fact, insured by Lightwater. Therefore I was stuck in the middle and have been forced to claim for the repair on my own household insurance, pay the excess, have a claim registered against me and incurred a substantial hike in premium on my policy renewal - all through absolutely no fault of my own.
This quite apart from the fact that the item in question now has zero monetary value. I cannot understand how the owner of the company has the gall to refuse to take any responsibility in such a scenario and simply wash her hands of the whole event. Her behaviour has been nothing short of disgraceful and in my opinion she should not be in business

I would highly recommend Lightwater Cleaning Company, they did an amazing job with my shop clearance and were professional, courteous and friendly would definitely use them again and highly recommend them
