After 6 months of being a customer of Sloane Cleaning Services and having to change cleaners 3 times, we'd had enough. The cleaning itself was terrible! Constantly left the office dirty, didn't improve areas pointed out with photographic evidence, didn't attend the office to check when suggested they would and attended for 10 minutes after advising they'd send cleaner to do a thorough job after the last 'awful' clean.
Initial contact and politeness was good and usually responded to emails in a timely manner however the cleaning itself was of at a very poor level, and this was after 3 different cleaners. Therefore I would not recommend this company for regular office cleaning
