Disappointing experience with this company. When they came round initially was told whole house could be cleaned in 2.5 hours. 3 cleaners later and none were able to achieve this. Was told latest cleaner had to leave due to personal reasons so we cancelled contract but they kept a month's management fee despite them letting us down and us not being prepared to have yet another new cleaner. Would not use again or recommend.

My housekeeper is absolutely wonderful. Her work is as excellent today as it has always been since the first day she started cleaning here. She is so reliable - she has never missed a cleaning session. She is also a lovely person and its a pleasure to know her.
