Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service restores clarity to domestic and commercial properties using heated water-fed pole systems. Trained technicians safely access hard-to-reach areas, ensuring streak-free results for high-rise buildings and residential homes. Clients benefit from improved aesthetics and maintained property value through our regular maintenance programmes.
Gutter Cleaning
Specialist gutter cleaning prevents water damage using advanced equipment and visual inspection reports. We remove debris from residential and commercial properties, identifying repair needs to maintain drainage systems. Regular maintenance extends gutter lifespan and prevents structural damage caused by blockages.
Roof Cleaning
Eco-friendly soft washing removes moss and algae from roofs without high-pressure damage. Our authorised technicians use biocidal solutions to kill organic growth at its roots, restoring roof appearance and preventing long-term deterioration. This method extends roof lifespan while maintaining material integrity.
Render Cleaning
Soft washing techniques safely clean render surfaces, removing pollutants and biological growth. We treat black streaks caused by Gloeocapsa Magma bacteria, restoring original render appearance. The low-pressure method preserves surface integrity while providing 2-5 years of protection against regrowth.
Cladding Cleaning
Professional cladding restoration removes grime and organic growth from metal, vinyl, and composite materials. Using tailored cleaning solutions, we rejuvenate commercial facades without damaging surfaces. Regular cleaning maintains property aesthetics and protects against environmental degradation for business premises.

After having a few issues with our contracted window cleaners on a City Centre restaurant, Excel took over the contract and immediately made such a huge difference. The internal and external windows were cleaned to the highest standards with hard to reach areas looking perfect. A 5* service supplied by a professional and friendly team. I would definitely recommend this company.
