Advanced water-fed pole system
Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service uses advanced water-fed pole technology to deliver streak-free results without ladders. We clean frames, sills, and non-glazed door parts, ensuring safety and minimal disruption. Available on 4, 6, or 8-weekly schedules, we cater to domestic and commercial clients with one-off cleans, builders' cleans, and end-of-tenancy services.
Gutter Cleaning
Using an environmentally friendly high-level Gutter Vac System, we safely and mess-free clean gutters, including hard-to-reach areas like conservatories. Regular maintenance prevents blockages and water damage, ensuring your property's drainage system remains efficient year-round while minimising risks associated with traditional ladder-based methods.
Solar Panel Cleaning
We specialise in solar panel cleaning to maintain optimal energy efficiency. Factors like location, foliage, and seasonal changes affect performance, so we recommend biannual cleaning. Our ladder-free system safely accesses panels on various roof types, removing debris without damaging sensitive equipment.
End of Tenancy Cleans
Designed for landlords and letting agents, our end-of-tenancy cleans include external and internal window cleaning, conservatory maintenance, and builders' cleans. We operate at short notice to meet tight deadlines, ensuring properties meet required standards for new tenants or final inspections.
Conservatory Cleaning
We clean conservatory roofs and sides using pure deionised water to remove algae, dirt, and lichen. This detergent-free method prevents staining and damage to uPVC or glass surfaces while maintaining the structure's appearance and longevity without requiring property access.

I have worked with The Window Cleaning Company for many years now on blocks of flats I manage, and they always provide the best service and quality. The blocks all vary in size, and some are large listed buildings which require only 10/10 cleaning. Myself and my clients are always extremely happy with their work.

Was happy to have the team service my end of tenancy window clean. They were very efficient, kind and managed to organise a last minute (off the back of being let down by another company). I would recommend and use again for my next property.

I have used this company to clean my windows twice and both times they left scratches. I contacted them to discuss what I can do to fix the scratches and also cancel my contract (I don't trust them for a third time!) but have heard nothing back to confirm the cancellation. I understand that accidents happen but their level of customer service is very poor. Photos of two (out of the three) scratched windows are shown. My windows were newly installed too, which adds to the frustration!
